Meanwhile, it has been reported that the ageless beauty rented a property to throw a BET Awards bash but it wasn't to her liking.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ that the Not Tonight hitmaker went with her crew to check out the place in the early hours of Sunday morning, but didn't like it, and demanded their money back.

An argument erupted after the owner or property manager refused to give Kim and her people the money and police were called.

When cops arrived they told the group that it was a civil matter and couldn't help so left, as did Kim and her entourage.

Then, TMZ reports, at sometime around 4am, a group of armed people arrived to the property wearing ski masks.

They took Kim's deposit check and cash, totaling at least $20,000.

Law enforcement told the website that the robbers also slashed tires and stole a hubcap before they left.

The LAPD has launched a robbery investigation.

Kim, born Kimberly Denise Jones, did jail time in 2005 after being convicted of three counts of conspiracy and one count of perjury regarding her friends' involvement in a 2001 shooting outside a studio in Manhattan.

The star testified not to have known they were at the scene but was caught on camera footage while exiting the building with the accused.

She served 12 months at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia.
